Vegan diet: your ally for a healthy radical change

Category: Iridology and Health

In a previous post I documented how an internal recovery is taking place in my organism through healthy vegetarian meals combined with therapeutic sounds which are restoring the optimal vibration of my body at an energetic and cellular level.

However, I was aware that as long as I continued eating bread, my cells would still be exposed to the oxidation triggered by the eggs contained on it. Since I am also working with handmade jewelry, I’m always investigating new techniques and studying the trends. During my research I came up with a very interesting tutorial with images of a technique that oxidizes pieces of metal. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the method implied the use of a hard-boiled egg! I wanted to share such picture in this post so all of you can see what it does to metal and make an idea of what it makes to our bodies.

Eggs, milk, cheese still expose the cells to a constant deterioration. We forget that all of them have been collected with the suffering of a living being that anchors to our energetic bodies. Egg, although is not fertilized, is still a living creature of the animal realm with a degree of consciousness, and the degradation it suffers by means of the cooking process at a physical and energetic level is transformed into an oxidative influence exerted over surrounding atoms, whether they are organic or inorganic.

eggs and oxidation

It made me understand how vegan food reduces the risk for developing chronic degenerative and autoimmune diseases. Meat, eggs and dairy products contain high levels of saturated fats responsible for obesity, diabetes type 2, hypertension and other diseases. Nevertheless, cell oxidation is also responsible for the development of many diseases since the aging process of the body is accelerated. That is how the risk for coronary ailments is increased, and many people look for antioxidant elements to revert the condition. Conversely, how good is the intake of these elements if you keep exposing your body to harmful agents? You do not go to the forest to breathe fresh air just to go back to your house a few hours later and smoke ten cigarettes.

Vegetarian meals are as delicious or even more than those that include meat. I made some experiments and I have almost completely removed the foods of animal sources transforming common recipes into vegan recipes. I did it despite the limitations of my environment on which people are very used to the Mediterranean diet. It is difficult to find the elements, but not impossible. Scientific studies reveal how a vegan diet prevents some types of cancer, including those that affect breasts, colon, stomach, esophagus, lungs and prostate. Many imbalances reflected on the iris can be gradually reversed by adopting this healthy new habit so we can prevent further illnesses.

Down below you will find one of my delicious veg recipes. Veganism is not all bout veggies and end of story. You can play with your ingredients, especially with condiments and find different tastes. Enjoy and bon appetite!

(With vegan sausages)

2 servings – average cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients for Goulash

  • 90 gr. finely chopped onions
  • 90 gr. finely chopped carrots
  • 90 gr. of peas
  • 2 spoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 spoon of soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of celery
  • Black pepper, cumin, salt
  • 100 gr. texturized crumbled soybean

Ingredients for Sausages

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 70 gr. finely chopped onions
  • 70 gr. minced bell pepper
  • 150 gr. carrots
  • Water
  • soy sauce
  • 1 spoon of texturized crumbled soybean
  • ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 spoons of wheat semolina
  • Salt, black pepper, oregano

Make Goulash

In a very hot pot with a little olive oil and medium high heat sauté the onion and garlic one minute. Then add the carrots and the beans. Finally, add the texturized crumbled soybean and fry the mixture for at least 5 to 7 minutes. Continue adding tomato sauce, the soy sauce and some water if it is required. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes with the pot semi-covered and over medium heat.

Make sausages

In a large bowl mix the wheat semolina with the spices and the breadcrumbs. Chop the carrot, the garlic, and parsley. Mix them with the puree with semolina and add the water as required, olive oil, soy sauce and soybeans. Form a manageable dough (if necessary, add more water or breadcrumbs). Then, make rolls of dough of about 15 cm long by 2 cm of diameter. Place each roll on a piece of foil and roll the sausage, fold the paper by the ends. Cook the packages on boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove the sausages from the pot, cool and remove the foil. Now they are ready to be fried or grilled.

You can serve both of them with French fries and rice.
