Fighting against the adverse effects caused by the intake of transgenic wheat

Category: Iridology and Health

Food production of mass consumption as bread, pasta and bakery products have a high concentration of a potentially poisonous compound. It is contained in the structure of transgenic wheat which is used on the elaboration of the mentioned aliments and is known as glyphosate. After finding some useful information, I realized that it was the trigger for many imbalances I was still experimenting despite making major changes in my diet. Such situation motivated me to investigate more deeply.

Skin spots and dermatitis herpetiformis

The first symptom that called my attention was the emergence of persisting dark spots on my skin which escalated after I started to consume products made with whole wheat. Alternative therapies provide a wide variety of resources which are very effective on the treatment of such imbalances such as aloe vera, parsley, lemon and cucumber milk.

I resorted to all of them and combined them with healing frequencies which provided me an important improvement after a year. However, out of the sudden the advances stopped. That made realize that I was experiencing another kind of energetic and physical blockage which I did not identify yet. By exploring the screenshot of my eye I discovered a crypt located in the area of kidneys. This sign was clearly pointing me a genetically inherited weakness.

detox heavy metals

Additionally, I found a very informative article that explains how transgenic wheat affects the performance of kidneys and every single system involved in the elimination of waste. In this way, the body started to accumulate important amounts of heavy metals. According to the opinion of scientists, the protein structure of this kind of cereal has changed so much that the body did not have enough time to adapt to it.

The author of the article quotes many studies conducted in people who removed this element from their diet. Such investigations reveal that the dermatitis herpetiformis and celiac disease are some of the responses of the body in the presence of the proteins contained in this element and other grains which have been genetically modified.

When the volunteers removed wheat from their diet they experienced a full recovery. This encouraging information motivated me to replace this cereal with other grains that are still organically produced in my country.

A skin that reflects an effective detoxifying process

In the same article I found listed some useful alternatives to replace wheat. I decided to resort to rice flour which is a very nutritive element. Since I have become strictly vegan I replaced eggs and animal gelling agents with potato starch. Combining both ingredients with vegetables of all kinds I have been able to formulate a balanced diet that is helping my body to cleanse and regenerate damaged cells.

I achieved considerable improvements in half the time of those that I obtained when I was consuming wheat. I followed the same treatments, and since my body is being able to eliminate the poisonous substances, my skin is gradually recovering a healthy and even tone. If you want to know more details in regards to the effects produced by this cereal on skin and kidneys, I recommend you to read The most harmful component of transgenic weath: glyphosate.

Rice is an important source of fiber, minerals and vitamins. Besides it has excellent properties that allow you to preserve a slim figure. It contains complex carbohydrates that are slowly digested providing the body a constant supply of glucose and sensation of satiety.

Rice also has an important concentration of vitamins of the B complex which promote cellular renewal. Additionally, it helps to hydrate skin and stimulates oxygenating processes which help to create a clear-looking complexion vanishing skin spots.

On the other hand, the starch of potato is an excellent resource to prevent colon cancer, one of the diseases attributed to transgenic wheat. This ingredient works as an effective texturizer, thickener, gelling agent and binder. Down below you will find a homemade recipe that I created with the mentioned ingredients which can be a nutritive component for a delicious breakfast.

Vegan and gluten free pancakes with rice flour

12 small pancakes – total time: 15 minutes

  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Diced vegetables to taste

Combine the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and sugar on a large bowl. Then add the oil and water and stir until you obtain a uniform mixture. Finally include the vegetables that you like the most. My favorites include carrots and broccoli. Heat a frying pan over medium temperature. Pour over the skillet as much batter scoops as you can. Cook for about two minutes, then with the help of a spatula turn them and cook for two minutes more. Transfer to a recipient and enjoy your breakfast!
