Food production of mass consumption as bread, pasta and bakery products have a high concentration of a potentially poisonous compound. 12 small pancakes – total time: 15 minutes
Combine the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and sugar on a large bowl. Then add the oil and water and stir until you obtain a uniform mixture. Finally include the vegetables that you like the most. My favorites include carrots and broccoli. Heat a frying pan over medium temperature. Pour over the skillet as much batter scoops as you can. Cook for about two minutes, then with the help of a spatula turn them and cook for two minutes more. Transfer to a recipient and enjoy your breakfast!
